This song is basically trying to capture a moment in an emotion. The emotion coming out of the frustration of everybody asking you for something you don’t have (bill collectors, landlords, etc.). Trying to squeeze blood out of a stone. Squeeze and squeeze but it won’t bleed. You’ll bleed first.
